The November 7, 2023 General Election is critically important to the Chester County Community.

In Chester County, there are only 14 full time judges on the Court of Common Pleas.  And this year, for the first time in Chester County's over 230 year history, 5 of these positions are up for election in November.   Election to the Court of Common Pleas is for a 10 year term.  This year, voters will have the opportunity to elect 5 people who will represent this County on the bench for years to come.

Judge Nicole Forzato has the requisite experience and integrity needed to do the job.  She was appointed to serve on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in July 2022, after being nominated by the Governor of Pennsylvania and overwhelmingly confirmed by the bipartisan State Senate.  Judge Forzato is currently doing the job now and is asking for your support so she can continue doing the work she cherishes.

She is running for a full 10 year term and will be on the ballot in November.  You can vote for her at Ballot Position number 4

Judge Forzato has over 20 years of legal experience. She graduated from Villanova University School of Law.  You can learn more about her qualifications in the "about" tab on this site.
